Why, hello there! If you’re reading this, then I assume you enjoy horror movies as much as I do. And like any good horror fan, you know that there are certain things you just don’t do in horror movies if you want to make it out alive. For example, you never, ever go into the basement, especially if you hear something strange going on down there. You never split up to investigate a noise, no matter how brave you think you are. And you never, ever, ever underestimate the killer.<\/p>\n

So, in order to help you make it through your next horror movie marathon unscathed, I’ve compiled a list of things you should avoid doing if you want to survive a horror movie.<\/p>\n

1. Don’t be the first person to investigate a noise.
\n2. Don’t split up the group.
\n3. Don’t go into the basement.
\n4. Don’t answer the phone.
\n5. Don’t make a sexual joke at a inappropriate time.
\n6. Don’t use offensive language towards the killer.
\n7. Don’t try to reason with the killer.
\n8. Don’t waste time.
\n9. Don’t be afraid to be prepared.
\n10. Be aware of your surroundings.<\/p>\n

What should not do in horror? <\/h2>\n

1. Never, ever, say “I’ll be right back”
\n2. Never follow the scary voice\/creepy shadow\/otherwise shady looking character
\n3. Never assume the bad guy is dead
\n4. Never answer the phone
\n5. Never put the knife\/gun\/cricket bat down
\n6. Never investigate a noise
\n7. Never go into the basement\/attic
\n8. Never split up
\n9. Never stand in front of a window
\n10. Never say “Who’s there?”<\/p>\n
