There’s something about horror movies that just keeps me coming back for more, even though I know they’re going to scare me. I think it’s the suspense and the fear of the unknown that gets me every time. I remember the first horror movie I ever saw was “The Exorcist” and I was probably about 10 years old. I was so frightened by it that I had nightmares for weeks afterwards. But even so, I kept watching horror movies and to this day, they’re some of my favorites.<\/p>\n

I enjoy watching horror movies because they are thrilling and suspenseful. I like to be scared and jump out of my seat, and horror movies provide that for me.<\/p>\n

What happens if you keep watching horror movies? <\/h2>\n

It is important to be aware of the potential risks of watching horrific images, as they can trigger unwanted thoughts and feelings, and increase levels of anxiety or panic. Additionally, watching such images can increase our sensitivity to startle-eliciting stimuli, making those of us who are anxious more likely to respond negatively and misinterpret the sensations as real threats. If you are feeling particularly vulnerable, it may be best to avoid watching such images altogether. If you do choose to watch them, do so with caution and be sure to take care of yourself afterwards.<\/p>\n
